ADVANCE DELIVERY OF MEETING MATERIALS Policy Code: 2335
At least three work days prior to each regular or special board meeting, the superintendent will provide the following materials to each board member:
- the proposed agenda and attachments;
- minutes of previous meetings which appear on the agenda for approval; and
- any supporting information or materials which would assist board members in preparing for the meeting.
Agendas also will be sent either via email or via U.S. mail or made available for personal pick-up prior to the board meeting to those request them. If U.S. mail is the requested method of receiving the agenda, a fee of $10 per year will be charged. Requests for prior copies of agendas must be made in writing each year.
